More Than 30 Years Of Experience

Of-counsel attorney S. Chuck Kitchen heads the municipal law part of our practice. Mr. Kitchen earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina in 1980. Today, he serves as general counsel for the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority in Jacksonville and as town attorney for the town of Holly Ridge.

Mr. Kitchen is a former member of the American Arbitration Association. He is also the author of numerous published articles dealing with local government issues and concerns.
