During law school Mr. Stark clerked for the Secretary of the Air Force General Counsel. Following graduation he practiced law in Durham with Newsom Graham, et al.  Mr. Stark started his own practice in 1982 and founded the firm Harlow & Stark in 1985 that grew to as many as 12 attorneys. In 1992, Mr. Stark reorganized as the Law Offices of Thomas H. Stark and in 2003 he renamed the practice Stark Law Group.  Mr. Stark remains an active member of the legal community and volunteers his time to local and national organizations.

Mr. Stark is also an Eagle Scout and served as the local District Chair for the Boy Scouts of America, as well as chairing the Open Spaces and Trails Commission.  He is currently member of the North Carolina United Methodist Camp and Retreat Ministries Board, has served on the Board of Institutions for the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church, and also served as Chairman of the Board for Duke Memorial United Methodist Church.

Following law school, Mr. Neyhart worked at Everett & Everett in Durham, NC.  During this time he also worked part-time as a Law Clerk to Senior Judge Robinson Everett and Senior Judge Walter Cox at the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, DC.  In 2004, Mr. Neyhart was Law Clerk to United States District Judge James C. Dever, III.  Mr. Neyhart joined the Stark Law Group in 2005.

Mr. Neyhart is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Braxton Craven Inn of Court.  He served as the Executive Director for Americans for the Defense of Constitutional Rights from 2000 to 2004.  Mr. Neyhart also served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1986 to 1994.

Ms. Stark is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to attending college, Ms. Stark lived overseas and worked as a fashion model. Ms. Stark joined the firm in 2012 immediately following her graduation from law school. In addition to her experience working overseas, Ms. Stark has worked at a tax accounting firm, and held internships at the Shelby County Public Defender's Office and the Shelby County Election Commission. Ms. Stark also worked as a volunteer tutor, and helped women in the Memphis community obtain their GEDs. Ms. Stark was recognized by the University of Memphis-Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law for her volunteer service.

Ms. Stark currently lives in Chapel Hill with her husband, dog, and cat.
